Railway turnouts for industrial facilities are complete assemblies designed to divert rolling stock on access tracks, in-plant railways, and technological lines. They are optimized for moderate speeds and increased impact loads typical of industrial operation.

Description and configurations

Manufactured in accordance with TU U 30.2-31932840-001:2021 using rails R-43, R-50, or R-65. The turnout ratio (1/6, 1/7, 1/9) is selected based on required radius, site geometry, and traffic capacity. Versions are available for manual, electromechanical, and hydraulic operation.

Layouts: right-hand, left-hand, symmetrical;
Frogs: assembled or cast, with hardened running edges;
Switch blades made of rolled steel with reinforced head;
Installation on wooden or reinforced concrete bearers.

Supply and scope

We supply a complete set: rail components, bearers, connecting rods, fasteners, operating mechanism, product passport, and installation layout. Delivery by assemblies is possible, as well as adaptation to existing rail profiles and fastening systems.
