Standard: TU 2539-161-01124323-2003
Product type: Sleeper pad PNB-3 (CP-328)
Material: Reinforced technical rubber (compound based on SKI-3 or SKD rubber), resistant to aging, ozone, and mechanical impact
Technical parameters:
Sleeper pad PNB-3 (CP-328) is an elastic element of railway fastening systems installed between a reinforced concrete sleeper and a rail baseplate. It is designed to reduce dynamic impact loads, vibrations, and noise, as well as to provide electrical insulation between the rail and the sleeper. The pad is used on tracks with R-50 and R-65 rails on mainline and industrial railways.
The PNB-3 (CP-328) sleeper pad is manufactured in accordance with TU 2539-161-01124323-2003 from high-strength reinforced rubber. The material maintains its elasticity and shape under temperature fluctuations and exposure to oils, moisture, and ultraviolet radiation. The pad design ensures uniform pressure distribution under the rail base and prevents damage to the concrete sleeper.
PNB-3 sleeper pads are used in railway fastening systems such as KB, KBL, KP, and similar assemblies for laying R-50 and R-65 rails. They are applied in the construction and maintenance of general-purpose and industrial railway lines, including mainline, station, and turnout sections. The pad is installed under the baseplate between the rail and the sleeper, providing an elastic and insulating interface.
