Product type: Under-rail pad OP-356
Material: High-strength technical rubber (SKI-3, SKD synthetic rubber), resistant to aging, moisture, ozone, and mechanical impact
Technical parameters:
Under-rail pad OP-356 is a railway fastening element installed between the rail foot and the baseplate. It is designed to reduce dynamic loads, vibrations, and impacts occurring during rolling stock passage. The pad also provides electrical insulation between the rail, the baseplate, and the sleeper. It is used on tracks with R-50 and R-65 rails.
The OP-356 pad is manufactured in accordance with TU 2539-161-01124323-2003 from reinforced, high-wear-resistant rubber. The pad design ensures tight contact between the rail foot and the baseplate, eliminating micro-movements and providing uniform pressure distribution. The elastic material maintains its shape and properties under long-term loads and temperature variations.
OP-356 under-rail pads are used as part of elastic railway fastening systems such as KB, KBL, KP, and similar designs. They are installed between the rail and the steel baseplate on reinforced concrete sleepers. The pads are applied in the construction, repair, and modernization of mainline and industrial railway tracks, including stations and turnout areas.
