Technical parameters:
Bolt M24×150 — a standard fastener for railway track systems, designed for connecting rail joints, base plates, and fastening assemblies. It is used in the installation and maintenance of railway lines, turnouts, and industrial access tracks. The bolt ensures a reliable connection of track superstructure elements and withstands significant dynamic and vibration loads.
Hexagon bolts M24×150 are manufactured in accordance with DSTU GOST 11530:2017 from structural steel with subsequent heat treatment. The bolt design includes a hexagonal head and a metric thread with a 3 mm pitch. Due to strength classes 8.8 and 10.9, the bolts withstand long-term loads without deformation. The surface is protected with zinc, phosphate, or oxide coating, which increases corrosion resistance during outdoor railway operation.
Bolt M24×150 is used in railway fastening systems of types KB, KBL, KP, and similar, as well as for installation of rail fishplates, clamps, and base plates. It is applied in construction, reconstruction, and overhaul of railway tracks, including mainline, station, and industrial sections. Compatible with M24 nuts and spring, double-coil, or flat washers according to GOST 6402 and GOST 11371.
