Scope of Construction

Design and Approvals

We carry out topographic surveys, route alignment, track profile calculations, hydrology studies, drainage, and water runoff design. We prepare design documentation and support approvals with Ukrzaliznytsia and regulatory authorities.

Earthworks and Base Construction

We perform site clearing, grading, construction of the subgrade and sub-ballast layer. If required, the base is reinforced using geosynthetic materials and drainage systems.

Track Superstructure Installation

Laying of reinforced concrete sleepers, rails of types R50 and R65, installation of turnouts, ballast works, and stabilization. Mechanized equipment is used to accelerate installation and alignment.

Level Crossings and Engineering Structures

Construction of road level crossings, decking, bridge crossings, drainage and stormwater systems, fencing, and lighting. All elements comply with traffic safety and industrial operation requirements.

Testing and Commissioning

Upon completion of works, geometry control, load testing, and acceptance documentation are carried out. The facility is handed over to the client in a fully operational condition.
