Bolt M24×120 is manufactured in accordance with DSTU GOST 11530-93 from carbon or alloy steel with heat treatment. The design includes a hexagonal head and a metric threaded shank. Bolts may have partial or full thread, depending on the application conditions. The surface is protected with zinc, oxide, or phosphate coating to prevent corrosion during outdoor operation.
Bolt M24×120 is used for assembling rail joints, installing fishplates, fastening base plates, clamp elements, and other components of the railway track superstructure. It is applied in rail fastening systems of types KB, KBL, KP, as well as in the installation of turnouts. Used on mainline, station, and industrial railway lines.
