Prombudkoliya has been providing professional installation and laying of railway tracks of any complexity category since 2010. Main Areas of Work

Construction of New Railway Tracks

We build tracks on mainline, industrial, and station sections. The works include construction of the subgrade, ballast laying, installation of sleepers and rails, installation of turnouts, and verification of track geometry.

Installation of Turnouts

Prombudkoliya performs assembly and installation of turnouts of all types: 1/9, 1/11, 1/18 for rails R50–R75. The works include adjustment of moving parts, installation of drives, and testing of the mechanism. Accurate alignment and smooth movement of rolling stock are guaranteed.

Reconstruction and Track Reconfiguration

We replace worn sleepers and rails, correct track geometry, restore the ballast layer, and modernize turnout assemblies. Works are carried out on active lines without complete suspension of train traffic.

Installation on Industrial and Access Tracks

Prombudkoliya constructs and repairs access tracks for enterprises, logistics complexes, ports, and terminals. We provide full track infrastructure works — from the base to connecting turnouts and level crossings.

Examples of Completed Projects

Installation of an Industrial Track for an Agro Terminal (Odesa Region, 2023)

Construction of 4.8 km of track with installation of two turnouts. The works were completed within 40 days in compliance with all technical standards.

Reconstruction and Installation of Station Tracks (Dnipropetrovsk Region, 2022)

Sleepers and rails were replaced on a 3 km section, with track alignment and stabilization performed. The facility was commissioned without stopping train traffic.

Installation of an Access Track for an Industrial Enterprise (Zaporizhzhia, 2021)
