Prombudkoliya is a Ukrainian contractor and manufacturer operating since 2010 in the field of railway construction, repair, and maintenance. We carry out major and routine repairs of railway tracks of any category, ensuring reliability, durability, and safe train operations.

Major Repair of Railway Tracks

Major repair involves full restoration of a section’s technical characteristics with replacement of track superstructure elements and the base. We dismantle old sleepers and rails, install new ones, perform ballast works, alignment, turnout installation, and track geometry control.

The result is an extended service life of up to 25 years, reduced vibrations, and improved rolling stock stability.

Routine Repair of Railway Tracks

Routine repair is aimed at maintaining proper condition between major repair cycles. It includes track alignment, replacement of individual sleepers and fastenings, ballast cleaning, joint adjustment, and elimination of local defects. Works are carried out without stopping traffic, with minimal speed restrictions.

Major Repair of the Dnipro – Kamianske Section

11 km of track, complete replacement of sleepers and rails, reconstruction of drainage systems. Works were completed within 6 months without disrupting train schedules.

Routine Repair of Industrial Tracks at the “Metallinvest” Plant

Replacement of 1,200 sleepers, ballast cleaning, restoration of a turnout. Wagon throughput speed increased by 20%.

Reconstruction of the “Sorting” Station Section
