About the Company

Since 2010, Prombudkoliya has been manufacturing and supplying railway track superstructure materials throughout Ukraine. We provide construction and repair organizations, industrial enterprises, and public-sector customers with certified materials fully compliant with Ukrzaliznytsia standards, DSTU regulations, and international ISO norms.

Thanks to our own production facilities and well-established logistics, Prombudkoliya delivers comprehensive project supply packages—from sleepers and rails to turnouts and ballast.

Scope of Supply

Railway track superstructure (RTS) materials include all elements that form the railway track: rails, sleepers, fastenings, turnouts, and ballast. We supply complete product sets for construction, capital overhaul, and maintenance of railway lines of all categories.

Main Product Categories

Rails

Supply of rails types R50, R65, R75, and R80 in new and refurbished condition. The range includes heat-treated and hardened rails, joint bars, bolts, nuts, and washers. All products comply with Ukrzaliznytsia standards and European EN 13674 requirements.

Sleepers and Rail–Sleeper Grids

Prestressed concrete sleepers types I, II, Sh1, Sh2, as well as kiln-dried timber sleepers with antiseptic treatment. We assemble rail–sleeper grids with pads and fastenings to accelerate on-site installation. Each batch is supplied with a quality passport and laboratory test report.

Rail Fastenings

Supply of elastic, clip, and bolted fastening systems for rails R50–R75, including anchor, spring, and combined solutions. Pads, bushings, washers, and hardware are available. All components ensure track stability and long service life of joints.

Turnouts

Manufacture and supply of turnouts types 1/9, 1/11, 1/18, and others, designed for speeds up to 160 km/h. Produced using rails R50–R75 with hardened frogs and complete sets of under-rail plates. Delivery is available in assembled or disassembled form.

Ballast and Crushed Stone

Granite crushed stone of fractions 25–60 mm from certified quarries in Ukraine. Delivery by rail or road transport. The material has passed laboratory testing and meets strength and frost-resistance standards.

Additional Components

Supply of base plates, spikes, joint bars, embedded parts, steel structures, and fastening products. All items are certified and ready for installation without additional processing.

Turnkey Project Supply

Prombudkoliya forms comprehensive material supply packages in accordance with the customer’s design specifications. We select compatible components, assemble turnout units and rail–sleeper grids, perform labeling, packaging, and transportation. This approach reduces construction timelines and minimizes logistics costs.

Supply of Sh2 sleepers, R65 rails, turnouts, and fastening kits. Total scope: 7 km of track. Delivery completed within 30 days.
