Product type: Joint fishplate KR-70
Material: Structural steel 09G2S or 20GL, hot-rolled, with heat treatment and anti-corrosion coating
Technical specifications:
KR-70 fishplate is a joint connection element for KR-70 type crane rails, used in the upper structure of crane and industrial tracks. It ensures precise rail alignment, uniform load transfer from crane wheels, and reliable retention of the rail profile under dynamic impacts. It is used in the construction and repair of crane and technological railway lines.
The KR-70 fishplate is manufactured in accordance with DSTU GOST 53866-2010 (GOST 24741-81) from high-strength structural steel. The design includes a longitudinal stiffening rib and six holes for M27 bolts. The working surfaces of the fishplate are profiled to match the shape of the KR-70 rail, ensuring tight contact and joint stability. The product surface is protected against corrosion with zinc or phosphate coating.
KR-70 fishplates are used in the construction and repair of crane tracks for overhead, gantry, and portal cranes, as well as on industrial railway lines. They are used together with M27×160 bolts, M27 nuts, and ShS-27 washers in accordance with GOST 6402. They ensure precise rail joint alignment, preventing displacement and bending during operation under crane wheel loads.
