Prombudkoliya has been operating in the field of railway construction and maintenance since 2010. We specialize in the repair, modernization, and technical servicing of diesel locomotives, diesel multiple units, and shunting locomotives for industrial enterprises, ports, logistics complexes, and transport operators throughout Ukraine.

All works are performed at our own repair facilities using certified spare parts and modern diagnostic equipment. We provide full restoration of locomotive technical characteristics — from diagnostics to handover after testing.

Major Repair of Diesel Locomotives

Major repair includes complete disassembly, defect inspection, and restoration of all locomotive systems. We repair diesel engines, generators, compressors, cooling systems, pneumatic networks, bogies, and car bodies. After reassembly, the locomotive undergoes load testing, ensuring restoration of factory specifications and extended service life.

Routine Repair and Technical Maintenance

Scheduled works aimed at maintaining the locomotive’s operational readiness. This includes replacement of consumables, equipment adjustment, inspection of electrical equipment and braking systems, repair of running gear and axle box units. Works are performed in accordance with TO-1, TO-2, and TO-3 maintenance regulations.

Locomotive Modernization

We replace outdated control systems, install new fuel pumps and electronic diagnostic systems, improve driver cab conditions, enhance noise insulation, and reconstruct body panels. After modernization, the locomotive becomes more economical and convenient to operate.

Serviced Models

We provide maintenance and repair services for locomotives of the ChME3, TGM3, TGM6, TEM2, TEM18, M62, 2M62, TEP70 series, as well as other industrial and shunting diesel locomotives. We also work with diesel multiple units of domestic and foreign manufacture.

Examples of Completed Projects

Major Repair of a TGM4A Locomotive

A complete repair of the engine, bogies, and generator was carried out, followed by load testing. The locomotive was successfully commissioned at an industrial enterprise.

Routine Repair of ChME3 Diesel Locomotives

Fuel equipment adjustment, compressor repair, replacement of filters and oil were performed. The maintenance interval was extended and fuel efficiency improved.

Modernization of M62 Locomotives

New control panels, a digital diagnostic system, and an upgraded cooling system were installed. Fuel consumption was reduced by 12%.
