Preparation of As-Built Documentation

Prombudkoliya prepares a complete package of as-built documentation, including certificates of hidden works, inspection logs, material passports, test reports, and laboratory analysis protocols. Compliance of the facility with design solutions and technical conditions is verified.

Conducting Control Tests

Tests are carried out for railway tracks, turnouts, overhead contact systems, signaling, communication, and power supply systems. Based on the results, readiness certificates and technical conclusions confirming compliance with train operation safety standards are issued.

Organization of Commission Acceptance

We organize commission acceptance with the participation of representatives of the client, contractor, technical supervision, and regulatory authorities. All remarks are eliminated in the shortest possible time, after which the facility is put into operation.

Obtaining Permits and Commissioning Certificates

Prombudkoliya supports the process of obtaining expert conclusions, acceptance certificates, and official commissioning permits. We interact with Ukrzaliznytsia, the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate, and other authorities until the approved documentation is received.
