Technical specifications:
Bolt M24×90 is a threaded fastener used in rail fastening systems, joint connections, and installation assemblies of the upper railway track structure. It is used to secure baseplates, clips, and fishplates to sleepers, ensuring the strength and stability of the railway track under vibration and dynamic loads. It is applied on railway lines of all categories — mainline, station, and industrial.
Hex head bolts M24×90 are manufactured in accordance with DSTU GOST 7798-70 from structural steel with heat treatment to achieve the required level of strength and elasticity. The product design includes a hexagonal head for a 36 mm wrench and a metric thread with a 3 mm pitch. Bolts are supplied with partial or full thread depending on the type of connection. The surface is protected with zinc or phosphate coating to ensure corrosion resistance in open-track conditions.
Bolt M24×90 is used in railway rail fastening systems of types KB, KBL, KP, as well as in connections of fishplates, baseplates, and clips. It is applied during major and routine track maintenance, on turnouts, and on industrial sidings. Compatible with M24 nuts and washers in accordance with GOST 6402 (spring, double-coil, and flat).
