Material: Heavy concrete of class not lower than B30 with prestressed reinforcement (wire 5Vr-II, strands K7)
Technical parameters:
Reinforced concrete beam — an element of the railway superstructure designed for installation under rails and turnouts on railways. It is used in public and industrial track structures, as well as in the construction of turnouts, crossings, and switch assemblies.
Reinforced concrete beams are manufactured in accordance with DSTU B V.2.6-2:2009 (GOST 23009-78) from heavy concrete of class not lower than B30 with prestressed reinforcement. The internal reinforcement cage absorbs loads from rolling stock and evenly distributes them to the ballast base. The surface of the beam is equipped with embedded parts for fastening rail pads and fastening systems.
Reinforced concrete beams are used in turnouts of all types (1/6, 1/9, 1/11, 1/18) and on straight track sections. They are applied in the construction of mainline, station, and industrial railway lines, providing high rigidity and long service life of the track. The beams are compatible with rail types R50, R65, R75 and all types of turnout mechanisms (SPR-50, SPR-65, SPR-85).
