Product type: Turnout connecting rod
Material: Structural carbon steel (St3, 09G2S)
Technical parameters:
Turnout connecting rod — a component of the railway turnout system designed to transmit force from the control mechanism (manual or electric drive) to the switch points. It ensures synchronized movement of the movable turnout elements and accurate fixation of their position.
The turnout connecting rod is manufactured in accordance with DSTU GOST ISO 1103:2007 and is used in all types of turnouts (1/6, 1/7, 1/9, 1/11) with rails R-43, R-50, and R-65. The design consists of a steel rod with threaded ends or articulated heads for connection to the drive shaft and switch points.
Turnout connecting rods are used during the installation of turnouts with manual (SPR-24, SPR-50, SPR-65) and electromechanical drives. The rods provide backlash-free motion transmission and uniform force distribution to both switch blades, increasing the reliability of turnout operation.
