About the Company

Since 2010, Prombudkoliya has been providing rental services for railway machinery and specialized equipment for track construction, repair, and maintenance. We operate our own fleet of locomotives, track machines, excavators, and auxiliary equipment, all fully operational and regularly maintained.

Equipment is available for rent with or without operators, for short-term or long-term periods. We provide delivery, service support, and technical supervision throughout operation at the client’s site.

Available Equipment

Track and Maintenance Machines

Available for rent are tamping and lining machines (VPO-3000, VPRS-02), ballast regulators, ballast cleaning systems, hopper-dosers, platforms, motor trolleys, and track stabilizers. All machines have passed diagnostics and are ready for continuous operation.

Earthmoving and Construction Equipment

The fleet includes railway excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, rollers, vibratory plates, dump trucks, and truck cranes. This equipment is used for earthworks, ballast laying, level crossing installation, and site construction.

Locomotives and Shunting Equipment

Prombudkoliya offers diesel locomotives for rent, including ChME3, TGM3, TGM6, TEM2, TEM18, and other models. Rental options include an operator, fuel supply, and technical maintenance. Locomotives are used for shunting, construction, and industrial transport operations.

Specialized Equipment

Additional equipment includes rail cutters, sleeper tampers, hydraulic jacks, compressors, presses, and mobile power generators. All equipment undergoes regular inspection and calibration.

Rental of ChME3 Diesel Locomotive for an Industrial Enterprise (Dnipro, 2024)

The locomotive was used for shunting operations on the company’s internal tracks. Technical support and daily maintenance were provided.

Rental of VPO-3000 and Ballast Regulator (Poltava Region, 2023)

Integrated use of machines for major track overhaul over a length of 8 km. The works were completed on schedule without traffic interruption.

Rental of Excavators and Bulldozers (Kyiv Region, 2022)

Earthworks and grading were carried out during station reconstruction. Equipment was provided with operators and technical support.

The minimum rental period is one shift. Long-term rentals are discussed individually.

What documents are required for rental?

For legal entities — a contract, power of attorney, and company seal; for individuals — a passport and tax identification number.
