Since 2010, Prombudkoliya has been carrying out geodetic and engineering survey works for railway and industrial facilities throughout Ukraine. We provide precise engineering measurements, topographic surveying, geological investigations, and as-built documentation for the design and construction of railway infrastructure.
All works are performed using modern geodetic equipment, GPS systems, total stations, and laser scanners. Measurements are carried out in full compliance with Ukrzaliznytsia regulations, DBN, and DSTU standards.
Engineering-geodetic and survey works form the foundation for the design and construction of railway tracks, stations, bridges, depots, and industrial sites. They make it possible to determine terrain relief, geological soil structure, groundwater depth, and other factors affecting the reliability and durability of structures.
Terrain surveys are carried out at scales from 1:500 to 1:5000 for railway facility design. Coordinates and elevations are determined, and route plans, profiles, as well as layouts of engineering networks and utilities are created.
Include drilling of boreholes, soil sampling, laboratory testing, and analysis of physical and mechanical soil properties. Based on the collected data, an engineering-geological report is prepared for the design of foundations and substructures.
High-precision leveling of railway tracks, turnouts, platforms, and structural elements is performed. Horizontal alignment, gradients, and structural settlements are monitored during operation.
Design axes of railway tracks, turnouts, buildings, and engineering networks are set out on site. Construction accuracy and correct positioning of structures are monitored throughout the building process.
Upon completion of construction or repair works, as-built surveys are conducted to confirm compliance with design documentation. As-built drawings and layouts are prepared.
Groundwater levels, drainage conditions, and environmental factors are analyzed. The data are used in the design of drainage and water management systems for railway facilities.
A topographic survey of a 4.8 km section was completed, including route alignment and axis setting-out. A digital terrain model and route plan were developed for the design of a new railway line.
12 boreholes up to 15 m deep were drilled, laboratory tests were performed, geological cross-sections were prepared, and foundation design recommendations were issued.
As-built surveying and documentation were completed. The data were transferred to the design department and approved by Ukrzaliznytsia.
Topographic plans, geological reports, route layouts, as-built drawings, and digital terrain models in DWG, DXF, and PDF formats are provided.
