KR-100 fishplate is an element of the upper railway track structure designed for joint connection of crane rails of the KR-100 type. It provides a rigid and reliable rail joint, maintaining rail geometry and stability when transmitting loads from rolling stock or crane equipment. It is used in the construction and repair of crane and industrial railway tracks.

Description and design

The KR-100 fishplate is manufactured in accordance with DSTU GOST 24741-81 from high-strength steel. The design includes a longitudinal stiffening rib and 6 holes for 27 mm diameter bolts to secure the fishplate to the rail. The working surfaces of the fishplate are profiled to precisely match the side face and foot of the rail, ensuring tight contact and uniform load distribution. The fishplate undergoes heat treatment and anti-corrosion protection to extend service life.

The profile fully соответствует the geometry of the KR-100 rail;
Holes are positioned with high accuracy to match the rail holes;
Manufactured from steel with a tensile strength of at least 420 MPa;
The coating protects the metal from moisture and chemical exposure;
Service life — up to 30 years under standard loads.

Application

KR-100 fishplates are used in the installation and repair of crane tracks, industrial railway lines, and areas where crane-type rails are employed. They are used together with M27 bolts and M27 track nuts, as well as ShS-27 washers in accordance with GOST 6402. Applied during installation of overhead, gantry, and portal cranes.
