Standard: DSTU GOST 24741-81
Product type: Joint fishplate KR-80
Material: Structural steel 09G2S or 20GL, hot-rolled, heat-treated, with anti-corrosion coating
Technical specifications:
KR-80 fishplate is a joint connection element for KR-80 type rails, designed to ensure strength and precision of rail alignment in crane and industrial tracks. It provides transmission of vertical and horizontal loads between rails, preventing joint displacement and deformation. It is used in the construction and major overhaul of heavy rail lines intended for crane and technological tracks.
The KR-80 fishplate is manufactured in accordance with DSTU GOST 24741-81 from high-strength structural steel. The working surfaces are milled to ensure tight contact with the side faces of the rail. The fishplate body is provided with 6 holes for M27 bolts, ensuring uniform clamping of the rails at the joint. The design withstands significant loads generated by the operation of overhead, gantry, and portal cranes.
KR-80 fishplates are used for installation and repair of crane tracks at industrial and manufacturing facilities. They are installed at joints of KR-80 rails and fastened with M27×160 bolts with nuts and ShS-27 washers. Applied on crane tracks for overhead, gantry, tower, and portal cranes, as well as on technological rail lines with increased dynamic loads.
