Prombudkoliya is a Ukrainian manufacturer and general contractor in the field of railway construction and transport infrastructure. We have been operating since 2010, providing a full cycle of works — from design to commissioning of facilities. Our experience covers mainline, industrial, and access railway tracks, as well as reconstruction and major overhaul of existing lines throughout Ukraine.

Our Areas of Expertise

Railway Design

Prombudkoliya carries out engineering, geodetic, and geological surveys, develops route designs and technical solutions, and coordinates documentation with regulatory authorities. Design is performed in accordance with national and European standards, taking into account terrain and geological conditions.

Railway Track Construction

We perform a full range of track construction works: earthworks, formation of the base and drainage systems, ballast laying, installation of sleepers and rails, assembly of turnouts, geometry inspection, and quality control. Our own fleet of machinery ensures high speed and precision of installation under any terrain conditions.

Reconstruction and Major Track Repairs

We carry out reinforcement and modernization of existing railway lines. This includes replacement of sleepers, rails, and ballast, track geometry correction, strengthening of the base, and adaptation to new load standards.

Industrial and Access Tracks

We construct access tracks to factories, terminals, grain elevators, and warehouses. We install level crossings, switch assemblies, connections to main lines, and perform maintenance and repair works on tracks at industrial facilities.

Production of Track Superstructure Elements

Prombudkoliya is a manufacturer of reinforced concrete sleepers, turnouts, rail fastenings, metal structures, and embedded components. In-house production allows us to control quality and reduce delivery times.
