Purpose of As-Built Documentation

Prepared based on geodetic measurements and surveys. They reflect the actual position of railway tracks, turnouts, engineering networks, structures, and utilities. The drawings are issued in both electronic and hard-copy formats and signed by responsible parties.

Certificates of Concealed Works

Confirm the quality of work stages that become inaccessible for visual inspection after construction is completed (such as formation layers, ballast layers, drainage, and water disposal systems).

Construction Logs

Record the progress and sequence of works, materials used, equipment involved, working conditions, and quality control results.

Acceptance and Testing Reports

Document the results of inspections and tests of installed systems and structures, including turnout testing, track strength verification, drainage systems, and engineering utilities.

As-Built Geodetic Survey

Includes geodetic surveying of constructed track sections, determination of actual coordinates and elevations. Based on these data, as-built plans and longitudinal and transverse profiles are prepared.

Technical Construction Completion Report

Contains consolidated data on completed works, deviations from the design, quantities of materials used, and the condition of the facility after construction. Prepared for submission to the client and regulatory authorities.
