Product type: Insulated joint fishplates R-50
Material: Structural steel 09G2S or St5 with insulating coating; pads and bushings — fiberglass laminate, PTFE (fluoroplastic), or polyamide
Technical parameters:
Insulated joint fishplates R-50 are railway track components designed for the mechanical connection and electrical insulation of R-50 rails. They are used to create insulated joints in automatic block systems, automatic locomotive signalling, and electric interlocking systems.
R-50 insulated fishplates are manufactured in accordance with DSTU 8790:2018 from structural steel with integrated electrical insulation elements. The design consists of two profiled steel fishplates with insulating pads and bushings installed between them. This configuration prevents metal-to-metal contact and ensures complete electrical separation of adjacent rail sections.
R-50 insulated fishplates are used on railway lines equipped with electric interlocking, automatic block, and signalling systems. They are installed at rail circuit separation points, providing electrical isolation of adjacent sections while maintaining the mechanical strength of the joint.
