Standard: GOST 4121-96, DSTU 2484-94
Product type: Joint fishplate KR-140
Material: Structural steel 09G2S or 20GL, hot-rolled, heat-treated, with anti-corrosion coating
Technical specifications:
KR-140 fishplate is an element of the upper track structure used for joint connection of heavy crane rails of the KR-140 type. It ensures precise rail alignment, reliable load transfer from crane wheels, and prevents joint deformation. It is used on crane tracks of overhead, gantry, portal, and transshipment cranes with high operating intensity.
The KR-140 fishplate is manufactured in accordance with GOST 4121-96, DSTU 2484-94 from high-strength structural steel 09G2S or cast steel 20GL. The design features a profile that precisely matches the shape of the head and web of the KR-140 rail, ensuring uniform load distribution and stability of the joint connection. The fishplate body is provided with 6 holes for M27 bolts, ensuring rigid bolted fastening to the rail and the adjacent fishplate.
KR-140 fishplates are used on heavy-duty crane tracks at industrial plants, warehouse terminals, and port facilities. They are applied during installation of KR-140 rails used in high-load crane track structures. Installed using M27×160 bolts with nuts and ShS-27 washers in accordance with GOST 6402. They ensure track stability and uniform load transfer from crane equipment wheels.
