Technical parameters:
SPR-24 — a manual turnout switching mechanism designed for operating turnouts on industrial, station, and access railway tracks. It ensures reliable manual movement of switch points and secure locking in the end position, preventing unintended switching.
The SPR-24 turnout mechanism is manufactured in accordance with TU U 30.2-31932840-001:2021 DSTU 3799-98 (GOST 9731-93) and is used for turnouts of types 1/6, 1/7, and 1/9 with R-24 rails. The design includes a housing, a reduction gear unit with a ratchet mechanism, an operating handle, a linkage system, and position locking devices.
The SPR-24 is used on manually operated turnouts on tracks with low to medium traffic intensity. It is installed next to the turnout on a concrete or metal base and connected to the point rods via a hinged joint.
