Track jack DK-10 is a manual mechanical device designed for lifting and holding elements of the permanent way during installation and repair works. It is used for rail alignment, lifting sleepers, installing base plates, as well as during major and routine maintenance of railway lines.

Description and design

The DK-10 jack is manufactured in accordance with DSTU GOST 28408-89 and is a robust mechanical lever-and-rack lifting device. The design includes a load-bearing housing, lifting shoe, toothed rack, pawl locking mechanism, and a manual drive handle. All components are made of high-strength, heat-treated steel, ensuring durability and operational safety.

Reinforced welded housing resistant to bending loads;
Lifting mechanism equipped with a locking pawl to prevent accidental load lowering;
Swiveling lifting shoe for easier positioning under the rail;
Detachable handle for convenient transportation and storage;
All friction components are lubricated to ensure smooth operation.

Application

DK-10 track jacks are used in railway construction and repair works, including turnouts, station tracks, sidings, and industrial rail lines. They are intended for track alignment, rail lifting, sleeper and base plate replacement, as well as for securing permanent way elements during adjustment and installation.
