Track Jack DK-20 is a powerful manual mechanical device designed for lifting and holding elements of the permanent way during installation, alignment, and repair works. It is used for major railway line repairs, sleeper replacement, track alignment, as well as for the installation of turnouts and heavy rail panels.

Description and design

The DK-20 track jack is manufactured in accordance with DSTU TU and represents a reinforced mechanical lever-and-rack lifting device. The design includes a housing, rack bar, movable lifting toe, ratchet locking mechanism, and a removable handle. The mechanism ensures smooth and controlled lifting of loads up to 20 tonnes with minimal physical effort.

Welded heavy-duty housing designed for increased loads;
Locking mechanism prevents unintended lowering of the rail or sleeper;
Swivel lifting toe allows operation at different angles to the track axis;
All components are heat-treated and protected against corrosion;
The rod and rack are designed for long service life under cyclic loads.

Application

DK-20 track jacks are used in railway construction and major track repairs for lifting heavy rail sections, turnouts, and track panels. They are applied during track alignment, rail level adjustment, and installation of rail pads under sleepers. Suitable for mainline, station, and industrial tracks where high lifting capacity and stability are required.
