Clamp bolt with nut — an element of railway fastening designed to press the rail to the baseplate through a clamp. It is used during installation and repair of railway tracks with R-50, R-65 and R-75 rail types. Ensures reliable rail fixation on the sleeper and track stability under dynamic loads from rolling stock.
Clamp bolts are manufactured in accordance with DSTU GOST 16017:2019 (GOST 16017-79) from high-strength steel with heat treatment. The bolt design includes a cylindrical shank with metric thread and a square neck that prevents rotation during tightening. The set includes a hex nut, providing uniform clamping and high reliability of the connection. Upon request, bolts may be supplied with zinc or phosphate coating for corrosion protection.
Clamp bolts with nut are used in railway fastening systems of types KB, KBL, KP and similar systems, providing rail clamping to the baseplate. They are applied in construction and repair of mainline, station, turnout and industrial railway lines. Compatible with baseplates KD-65, KBL-65, SKD-65B and other standard products.
